BUYER (CONSUMER) INFORMATION The full name, billing address, delivery address, telephone, and e-mail information declared by the BUYER while placing an order via the https://zeynhome.com website shall serve as the basis. ## ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of mosaic/decorative lighting products, gift items, home decoration products, and accessories ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's website (https://zeynhome.com), within the framework of the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. ## ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT, PRICE, AND DELIVERY INFORMATION The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of units, sales price (including VAT), payment method, and delivery address of the product subject to the contract are as specified in the order summary presented to the BUYER at the time the order is completed and in the order/invoice details sent after the order is placed. The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order process, within the delivery timeframe indicated at the time of the order, via the shipping companies designated by the SELLER. For the sale of goods, the delivery period shall not exceed the statutory thirty-day limit starting from the date the order reaches the SELLER. ## ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS **4.1.** The BUYER acknowledges and declares that, prior to placing the order, they have read and been informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal regarding the product subject to the contract, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. **4.2.** The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract in sound condition, complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and—where applicable—accompanied by the warranty certificate and user manuals. **4.3.** The SELLER is liable for any loss or damage occurring until the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer. **4.4.** In the event that the product is damaged or broken during shipping, it is recommended that the BUYER notify the delivery personnel of the situation at the time of delivery and, if possible, have an official report drawn up. However, the BUYER's statutory rights remain reserved in cases where the product is defective or damaged. ## ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL **5.1.** In distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the date the goods are delivered to them or to a third party designated by them, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. **5.2.** The BUYER may notify the SELLER of the exercise of the right of withdrawal via a clear declaration of withdrawal within the fourteen-day period. The withdrawal notification may be made via the e-mail address info@zeynhome.com or the telephone/WhatsApp contact channel at +90 533 453 68 72. **5.3.** Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER or to a person authorized by the SELLER within fourteen days from the date the withdrawal notification is sent to the SELLER. **5.4.** If the right of withdrawal is exercised, no return shipping fee shall be charged to the BUYER provided the product is returned via the carrier specified by the SELLER in the preliminary information. Similarly, no return shipping cost shall be charged to the BUYER if the SELLER has not specified a carrier in the preliminary information. **5.5.** In the event that the BUYER exercises their right of withdrawal, the SELLER shall refund the product price collected from the BUYER, as well as any standard delivery costs incurred for delivering the product to the BUYER, within the timeframe stipulated by applicable legislation and using the same payment method employed by the BUYER during the initial transaction. **5.6. The SELLER may withhold the refund until the product subject to the right of withdrawal has been returned or until the BUYER submits proof that the product has been dispatched for return. **5.7. During the withdrawal period, the BUYER must use the product in accordance with its operational nature, technical specifications, and instructions for use. The BUYER may be held liable for any alterations or deterioration resulting from use of the product that falls outside these parameters. ## ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised—subject to the fulfillment of conditions stipulated in relevant legislation—for products prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs, products manufactured specifically for the individual, or products modified based on the consumer's specific requirements. Examples of such products include those prepared with custom names, custom measurements, custom designs, or in accordance with the BUYER's personal requests. Information regarding products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised is separately specified on the product page and during the preliminary information stage prior to placing the order. ## ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT AND SECURITY **7.1.** Payments are processed via the iyzico payment infrastructure used by the SELLER. **7.2.** Card details entered by the BUYER during payment are not stored in the SELLER's own systems. Payment transactions are carried out within the framework of the security standards of the payment infrastructure used. ## ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION For disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction took place shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and relevant legislation. For applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees, the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade regarding the value of the dispute shall apply. ## ARTICLE 9 - EFFECTIVENESS The BUYER acknowledges that, prior to completing the order, they had the opportunity to read and review this Distance Sales Contract, the Preliminary Information Form, and the information regarding the right of withdrawal, and that they have provided the necessary approvals electronically. This contract enters into force upon the BUYER completing the order electronically and the payment transaction being executed. The SELLER retains information regarding the contract and the order for the period prescribed by legislation.
