Answer: Depending on the product type and order quantity, your orders are carefully prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–5 business days. Once our contracted carrier (Aras Kargo) receives the package, it is delivered to your address within 1–3 business days.

Answer: All domestic shipments are delivered to your address via Aras Kargo. International orders are delivered through the DHL Express fast shipping network.

You can submit your return request via info@zeynhome.com or our WhatsApp line; using the free return code provided, you can then send the item back via an Aras Kargo branch.
